At Sephora, we believe that beauty thrives in diversity and discovery. Our stores offer a wide range of products and services, including skincare, haircare, makeup, and wellness.
As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work across all our departments and help customers discover the best version of themselves.
You will be equipped with initial onboarding training and continuous learning through our unique online learning platform and field trainers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create an amazing customer experience by providing a welcoming environment to listen and embrace their unique needs.
* Help customers discover the features and benefits of our CRM program and how it can help them be the best version of themselves.
* Expand your knowledge of our iconic brands to share your knowledge with, and learn from, your team of Beauty Advisors, Studio Artists, and Skin Specialists.
* Participate in cross-training and attend in-store beauty expert training sessions where you're encouraged to continuously learn and explore.
Requirements:
* Prior sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment with excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and fellow team members.
* Previous sales and artistry experience, with a certificate or qualification in artistry highly desirable (Beauty Studio Artist).
* Certificate or diploma qualifications in skincare highly desirable.
