You will also provide support to departments by delivering a high level of customer service to all customers, both internal and external.Please note this is a part time role - 4 days per week (Mon-Thurs).Key responsibilities include: Processing annual leave, long service and sick leaveManaging the payroll inbox (email, phone calls) and liaise with employees, supervisors, and managers as necessary to verify and resolve payroll queriesTimekeeping, ensuring costing, correct hours and rates are adjusted accordingly (including entry into PeopleSoft One Time Positive Input)Maintenance of employee recordsEnsure that all available system audit trails are retained and are available for inspection by both internal and external auditors.About youMinimum 3 years experience working within a Payroll/Finance environment.Excellent communication skills and ability to provide high end customer service.
Highly organised and ability to manage strict timeframes and priortise workload.
Solid knowledge with legislation and payroll awards.
Strong Excel skills and will need to manage multiple spreadsheets.
