We are seeking an experienced Projects Administrator to join the team to help manage the onboarding processes and site compliance for upcoming projects in the Gladstone region.This role will be based out of the Gladstone head office as well as on site when projects are being undertaken.In this role you will be responsible for:Manage the mobilisation and site access process for projectsEnsure compliance with reporting and proceduresMaintain accurate records of site activities, including inventory, maintenance, and safety inspectionsCoordinate with Project Managers & Supervisors with day-to-day administrative supportTrack project schedules, rosters and resource allocationQualifications:3+ years of experience in site management or a related fieldStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant softwareWhy work with Sync Lift?
