About the role
Looking for a Part-Time Admin/Customer Service role with a dynamic, family-owned business in Yass, NSW? Robertson's Yass is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team.
What you'll be doing
* Providing exceptional customer service, both in person and over the phone
* Handling a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and general office support
* Assisting with stock management and inventory control
* Supporting the broader team with any other duties as required
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, ideally within a retail or small business environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional manner
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
* Good computer skills, ideally MYOB experience
* A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable with being in the office on your own at times
* This role requires availablitiy on Monday, Tuesday & ideally Friday. Working hours would commence 7-7:30am with flexible finishing times
