What You Will Be Doing
As an Internal Sales and Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for the below duties:
* Answering inbound calls and providing product support
* Delivering high-quality customer service to clients
* Processing sales and keying orders into the system
* Performing accurate and efficient data entry
* Collaborating with team members to ensure client satisfaction
What You Will Need
To be successful in this role you will need to have the below:
* Current Drivers Licence
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Previous experience in the industrial/safety industry (preferred)
* Confidence with computer systems and data entry
* Professional phone manner and attention to detail
Whats In It For You
* Permanent full-time position starting immediately
* Monday to Friday role 7:30am to 4:00pm
* Salary of $60,000 to $70,000 + Super (depending on experience)
