We are seeking applications for an experienced person to join our team.
Property Investment Manager
Includes: Working as part of a team with a Field Officer and an Assistant.
We now run with 2 portfolios that are supported by a Qualified Property Manager, Field Officer and a shared Assistant.
What the team does:
* Property Managers have more office time to allow for better communication with our owners and tenants.
* Field Officers complete routine inspections and viewings for vacant properties.
* Assistant continues to provide administrative support and follow ups.

Requirements:
* Minimum 12 months experience in the Real Estate Industry
* Eagerness to offer exemplary customer service to all clients
* Excellent time management and communication skills
* Professional presentation and positive “team player” attitude
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy
In addition to holding a current WA Property Management Registration, the ideal candidate will have the above qualifications.
