In this exciting role as a Casual Team Member, you will be part of our dedicated team where we strive to make every traveller's experience seamless and enjoyable. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Delivering outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their purchases, ensuring their needs are met, and creating a welcoming environment.
- Maintaining a well-organised and visually appealing retail space, ensuring products are attractively displayed and easily accessible.
- Actively engaging with customers, providing product knowledge and recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
- Participating in stock management, merchandising, and operational tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
To thrive in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Prior retail experience is an advantage, as is holding a current **RSA certificate**.
To cater to our travellers' needs, our store is open 7 days a week and as such you will need to be flexible and available to work on a rotating roster which will include early mornings, late finishes and weekends.
