Hope Christian College is seeking an enthusiastic friendly, professional, and reliable Administration Officer to join our friendly, supportive Admin Team. This is a full-time role over 5 days during school term weeks, with two extra pre‐term weeks and four weeks paid annual leave (46 weeks), immediate start.
What You'll Do:
* Greet and assist visitors with a warm, welcoming attitude
* Manage incoming calls and emails with professionalism
* Provide information and support to clients, ensuring an outstanding experience
* Handle administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations at the Front Desk
* Support and care for our students with First Aid in our Health Centre
What We're Looking For:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
* A positive, can‐do attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service
* Previous experience in customer‐facing roles is a plus
