The opportunity
Join a top-tier pharmaceutical organisation at a pivotal moment supporting the launch of a new neuroscience therapy. As Senior MSL, you'll be the scientific face of the brand across Queensland, leading evidence-based discussions, shaping KOL strategy, and enabling best-in-class launch execution alongside Medical, Market Access and Commercial.
What you'll do
Lead KOL engagement across neurology networks (key clinics, hospitals, and academic centres) to drive high-quality scientific exchange.
Deliver launch readiness activities: education programs, advisory boards, congress support, and insight generation to inform strategy.
Support evidence generation (IIS/ISR, RWE, publications) and respond to unsolicited medical information requests in line with compliance.
Partner cross-functionally with Medical, Market Access and Sales to ensure aligned, compliant execution; provide field insights to shape tactics.
Facilitate training for internal teams on disease state, clinical data, and competitor landscape.
Maintain the highest standards of compliance (Medicines Australia Code, company SOPs) and meticulous documentation (CRM/MI systems).
Cover QLD as primary remit; travel to Perth quarterly for KOL development and launch activities.
What you'll bring
Proven experience as an MSL (Senior-level preferred) in Neurology/Neuroscience (e.g., MS, epilepsy, migraine, movement disorders) or closely related CNS areas.
Advanced scientific credentials (PhD, PharmD, MD, or relevant MSc/Health Sciences) with strong literature appraisal and communication skills.
Demonstrated success building long-term KOL partnerships, running scientific events, and supporting launches.
Comfortable translating complex data into clear, balanced, and compliant discussions for diverse stakeholders.
Highly organised, proactive, and collaborative with strong stakeholder management across medical and commercial teams.
