Role Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our warehouse team as a sales and inventory associate.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service and support in-store and within the warehouse.
* Maintain accurate stock levels, manage inventory movements, and ensure stock integrity.
* Load trucks with customer orders for distribution and adhere to safety guidelines.
* Unload inbound orders of stock.
* Provide loading assistance to customers from the warehouse area using manual or forklift methods as required.
* Ensure all products are properly documented, labeled, and presented for sale.
* Contribute to the overall success of the store by performing various tasks such as picking orders, conducting inventory counts, and maintaining general housekeeping standards.
