Are you passionate about creating beautiful, commercially relevant prints with a strong understanding of trend, colour and femininity? We are partnering with an established and highly recognised Australian fashion brand seeking a talented Women's Print & Textile Designer to join their creative team. The Opportunity Working closely with Design, Buying and Product teams, you will play a key role in developing original print and textile concepts across multiple categories. You will contribute creatively while maintaining a strong understanding of the customer, brand DNA and commercial outcomes. Key Responsibilities • Create original print artwork, textile concepts and repeat patterns aligned with seasonal direction and brand handwriting. • Research and identify emerging global fashion, print, colour and textile trends. • Develop print placement artwork and repeat designs across apparel categories. • Collaborate with design and buying teams to ensure cohesion across ranges. • Prepare artwork packages and specifications for suppliers and offshore partners. • Manage print approvals, strike-offs and artwork amendments through development stages. • Maintain awareness of competitor activity and customer preferences to inform design decisions. • Support the delivery of seasonal collections from concept through to production. About You • Previous experience as a Print Designer, Textile Designer or similar role within womenswear fashion. • Strong proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop. • Excellent understanding of repeat pattern construction, print scale and placement. • A strong eye for colour, trend and feminine design aesthetics. • Ability to balance creativity with commercial thinking. • Experience working with offshore suppliers and development timelines is highly regarded. • Strong organisation skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
