We are seeking a qualified professional to deliver workplace rehabilitation services. The ideal candidate will have experience in conducting assessments, identifying potential barriers to recovery, and providing clinical opinions.
This role offers the opportunity to work independently while receiving ongoing support from a manager and wider team.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct Assessments: Evaluate injured workers to determine effective return-to-work strategies.
* Identify Barriers: Visit workplaces to identify potential obstacles to recovery and educate employers on injury prevention.
* Provide Clinical Opinions: Write high-quality, evidence-based reports to support recovery and sustainable return to work.
* Manage Complex Cases: Liaise with treating practitioners and health professionals to support recovery and return to work.
Requirements
* Professional Accreditation: Current registration with AHPRA or ESSA accreditation.
* Proven Experience: Demonstrated background in workplace rehabilitation with the ability to manage cases independently.
* Analytical Expertise: Excellent analytical and report writing skills with a focus on clear, evidence-based clinical justification.
* Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for liaising with injured workers, employers, and healthcare providers.
* Self-Motivation: Ability to work autonomously while staying connected to the broader team for support and guidance.
