They work closely with families and educators, offering strategies that can be implemented at home or school to fully support each child’s language development. Their team consists of 3 senior therapists and four AHAs, and they are looking to expand with new graduates or therapists with a couple of years’ experience. With a strong emphasis on mentorship and professional development, they provide personalised guidance to help every clinician thrive. About the role: This role is ideal for a new graduate Speech Pathologist who is eager to develop their clinical skills within paediatrics while receiving structured guidance and mentorship. You will work with children and families delivering speech pathology assessments and therapy across clinic and community settings, while being supported by experienced senior clinicians. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting speech and language assessments Designing and delivering client-centred therapy programs Supporting families in implementing therapy strategies at home and school Working collaboratively with senior therapists and Allied Health Assistants Participating in structured mentoring, supervision, and professional development Building a manageable caseload with strong administrative support Clients range from 2–21 years old, with a primary focus on paediatric therapy.
