About the Opportunity
As an Assistant Advisor in our Talent Acquisition team at eHealth NSW, you will help make a real difference in healthcare through ensuring eHealth NSW can attract, hire and support the skilled people who design and deliver digital health services. By providing efficient recruitment support, maintaining accurate systems, contributing to recruitment projects, and ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and hiring managers, the role helps build a high‑performing workforce that supports better patient care across NSW
In this role, you will:
* Deliver a range of administrative recruitment services aligned to best practice and NSW Health policies to support high-quality attraction, selection and assessment activities.
* Coordinate and support recruitment projects by monitoring milestones, reporting on progress and contributing to team-wide priorities.
* Maintain and improve office systems, records and processes to ensure data accuracy, compliance and accessibility.
* Manage your own workload and day‑to‑day priorities while supporting team objectives within a high‑volume environment.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
* Has experience delivering recruitment or HR administration services within a fast‑paced environment.
* Demonstrates strong organisational skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities and deliver consistent, high‑quality work.
* Communicates effectively with stakeholders and provides excellent customer service to candidates and hiring managers.
* Uses technology confidently, including HRIS, records management systems and Microsoft Office tools.
* Works collaboratively within a team to deliver shared goals and contribute to a constructive workplace culture.
