Your new role: Based at our Paget operations in Mackay, this is a permanent role reporting to our Branch Manager.
You will provide administrative support for our Mackay hire team.
The role requires a person with a strong, vibrant personality to be an integral part of our team.
You will take initiative and manage your responsibilities independently.
Daily, you will work with internal stakeholders and customers to assist with the hire of our modular buildings across the region.
Key responsibilities include: Managing transport and logistics requirements for the branch Managing vendor orders and payments Coordinating administrative tasks such as purchase orders, quotes, stock takes, and asset management Handling queries from vendors and clients efficiently Supporting the Manager and Sales team with administrative tasks About you: We are seeking candidates with first-class communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Previous experience in an administrative role, particularly within the building, construction, or resources industries, will be highly regarded.
