About the role
Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll have full accountability for store operations during the evening and night trade. You'll take pride in contributing to a store that is exceptionally presented, welcoming, and engaging for our customers, team members, and community.
As a Night Trading Manager, you'll guide team members, allocate tasks, and provide support and direction to deliver exceptional customer service.

* Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
* Leadership experience to lead, coach, and develop your team to meet sales targets, manage costs, and handle rostering
* Maintain visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and stock management standards to inspire customers
