The Human Resources Business Partner is a senior member of the HR Connect team who partners with clinical and non-clinical managers and senior leaders to design and deliver expert HR strategies and solutions as part of an integrated Human Resources service to Fiona Stanley Hospital. You will collaborate with various service counterparts to ensure seamless HR service delivery across:
- Change management
- Employee engagement
- Workforce planning, recruitment and selection,
- Informal grievance resolution support and advice
- Performance management,
- Non-work related injury management,
- Contract reporting and metrics.

Your ideal skills & experience:
- Experience delivering contemporary and high-level Human Resources service and advice across the employee life cycle.
- Strong ability to build credibility, influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders at all levels.
- Provide advice and services that enable and support stakeholders, compliant with state, federal and department policies, and frameworks.
- Strong motivation and determination to achieve outcomes and deliverables.
- Forward thinking skills that allow you to navigate ambiguity and multiple priorities effectively.
- Human Resources experience in a public health service environment is desirable.
- Up-to-date knowledge of state and federal HR legislation and policies
