ABC Commercial Living is seeking an experienced Part-Time Payroll Officer & Bookkeeper to join our Finance team.
We are a small, friendly, and supportive team based in Mitchell, and we're looking for a capable, proactive, and detail-oriented professional who enjoys working across payroll, bookkeeping, and general financial administration.

Hours of Work (Preferred)
This is a part-time role with flexibility. Preferred working arrangements are:
* Monday & Tuesday: 9:00am – 5:00pm, or
* Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday: 9:00am – 2:30pm
Some flexibility may be available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
* Daily bookkeeping and financial administration
* Accounts payable and accounts receivable
* Bank and credit card reconciliations
* Invoicing and payment processing
* Processing weekly payroll and superannuation
* HR Duties such as staff contracts & onboarding
* BAS preparation and reporting support
* General administration duties including data entry, correspondence, and scheduling
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, accounting or similar finance role
* Sound understanding of payroll and superannuation requirements
* Experience using accounting software (Xero preferred)
* Previous Payroll / HR experience with Contracts/ Onboarding (Tanda Software or similar experience preferred)
* Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* High attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Professional phone manner and communication skills
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Australian work rights required
