The Older Persons Mental Health Service, Metro South Addiction and Mental Health Services are seeking a Temporary Part-time Administration Officer (Community) to join their team. These services deliver a broad range of addiction and mental health services within the Metro South catchment, including community-based ambulatory and residential services, psychiatric rehabilitation, hospital ward consultations, and addiction services.

Role Responsibilities
Ensure timely and accurate input and collection of patient demographic data, diagnoses, outcomes, and service activity into appropriate applications, including electronic documentation to meet legislative requirements such as the Mental Health Act 2016, admissions, discharges, and transfers.
Manage and prioritize workload effectively, ensuring tasks are completed within designated timeframes, often in the absence of supervision.
Respond to general enquiries via telephone, ensuring accurate message and information transfer to support patients and staff.
Perform administrative tasks as requested by senior staff, including the Senior Administration Officer, Senior Administration Manager, and Team Leader.
