**Position** - Dealer Manager WA and NT - Manage Dealers, Councils, New Enquiries.
Inherit and manage an existing portfolio of dealers across WA and NT, this is a solid portfolio that has been growing exponentially year or year since conception in Australia.
Note: You can't just be a fluffy customer service person though, we are looking to maintain a little growth year on year, however, this is easily achievable as overall order size has grown year upon year amongst the existing clientele in WA and NT and we also expect you to strategically reach out to other dealers and councils to introduce/ promote our range.
**Salary Package**
- Current yearly uncapped bankable salary package if you commenced employment with us some time in the next 60 days **= $150,000 **plus fuel and tolls and the uncapped comms structure
Base salary - $100,000
+ 11% Superannuation
+ $20,000 car allowance + fuel card and tolls on top of the 20k allowance
+ Commission 2% coms on all sales - uncapped and already accruing - You will inherit and manage a dealer portfolio, the portfolios combined yearly revenue has increased by approximately 10% year on year
And the existing commission you will inherit is $20,000 UNCAPPED on the current turnover of your territory.
