* About the Role: We are seeking an experienced educator to join our school leadership team as Deputy Principal (Senior Schooling). The successful applicant will be responsible for leading our learning outcomes across Year 11 & 12.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Academic Leadership: Lead QCAA processes, track student outcomes, and support the VET RTO Manager in ensuring academic excellence.
* Welfare and Engagement Leadership: Nurture positive relationships between students, teachers, and stakeholders, focusing on student wellbeing and engagement.
* Events/Operational Leadership: Organize assemblies, celebrations, year-end exams, and staff meetings, ensuring a smooth-running school environment.
* HR Leadership: Support Heads of Year, YLC/Lead Teacher group, and non-teaching wellbeing teams in maintaining a productive work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Able to provide instructional leadership and drive academic excellence.
* Experienced in managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
