Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver evidence-based therapy to customers, including assessment and intervention reports.
* Empower customers to achieve their goals through a person-centred approach.
* Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary therapy services team using the key worker model.
* Conduct hub-based and community visits as required.
* Liaise with families and external supports such as hospitals, agencies, schools, and community services.

This is a full-time position based at our Coolbinia hub. Flexible work arrangements are available, including work from home, flexible work hours, and purchased leave.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

* Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy.
* AHPRA registration.
* Right to work in Australia.
* National Police Clearance within 6 months.
* Driver's Licence.
* NDIS Workers Orientation Module.
* NDIS Worker Screening check.
* Working with Children Check.
* First Aid Certificate.
* COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate.
