Our client is seeking a qualified Landscaper with 5 years experience who has the ability to lead a small team on job-sites and ensure projects are delivered to the highest quality and within a set time-frame. This is a site-based / hands on role for someone who is expected to complete onsite work alongside their team! Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations on site, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and to a high-quality Delivery of onsite tasks such as including edging, turfing, mulching, planting, irrigation, drainage, paving, concreting, and more Participate in daily toolbox meetings Organise on-site tasks and material deliveries Skills & experience You must have at least 5 years experience working as a landscaper with formal qualifications You must have a hard work ethic and be able to work autonomously Leadership experience is essential Australian Drivers license White card Cert III Landscape Construction, OR Cert III Horticulture, OR Cert III Parks and Gardens Culture This company provides stability and has a great culture with no egos!
