Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished sales professional to spearhead the growth of our Federal Government practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of selling software solutions to senior executives and government stakeholders.

The successful applicant will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities in the federal government sector. This includes proactively prospecting, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales pipeline growth through effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities include:

* Prospecting and identifying new business opportunities
* Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships
* Closing deals and meeting quarterly objectives
* Selling through the ecosystem, including system integrators and local partners

In order to succeed in this role, you will require:

* 10+ years of sales experience at software vendors, with a focus on data-driven solutions
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proactive approach with a can-do attitude
* Bachelor's or Master's degree

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. Some travel may be required, primarily within the Canberra area.
