The Haematology Research Unit delivers Clinical Trials for Monash Health Haematology patients, ranging from Phase 1 to Phase 4 studies. We have in excess of 70 active clinical trials, and continue to grow in size. We are a dynamic unit and we pride ourselves in the quality of care we deliver to our patients.
**About the Role**
The purpose of the position is to provide administrative support to the Haematology Research Team. Main responsibilities include answering phones, maintaining a patient database, managing remote and onsite monitor bookings and performing several trolley runs for deliveries and pickups across the Monash Medical Centre (Clayton) site each day, as well as general office duties. This is a 36 hour per week role (Monday 830-1645, Tuesday 830-1645, Wednesday 8:30-1645, Thursday 830-1645, Friday 1145-1645). Team work and collaboration is vital.
Effective and efficient oral and written communication is also essential for this role.

The role is based at Monash Medical Centre in Clayton, Victoria, and is a 1 year, fixed term contract.
