Shape the future of CHEP's national network planning strategy.
As part of the Brambles Group, CHEP is a global leader in sustainable supply chain solutions. We operate one of Australia's most complex and unique networks — and we're looking for an exceptional Network Planning Manager to elevate how we plan, optimise and support the business nationally.
This is a high impact, high visibility leadership role with a mandate to improve planning horizons, enhance decision making, uplift team capability, and influence senior stakeholders across the business.

What You'll Do
Lead national demand and supply planning across all CHEP Australia platforms and 65 supply points.
Drive planning horizon of 18-24 months into Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycle.
Deliver continuous improvement or cost out initiatives through national programs and network optimisation.
Analyse network constraints, capacity and optimisation opportunities.
Develop recommendations for Capex and hire equipment with analysts and Category teams.
Drive digitisation and continuous improvement across planning systems (SAP & JDA).
Build strong partnerships across the business to support clarity and informed decision making.
Coach, mentor and develop direct reports navigating through longer term planning and career growth opportunities
What Will Make You Successful
Strong capability in demand and/or supply planning.
High analytical intelligence and ability to interpret complex networks.
Exceptional communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
Experience using SAP and JDA planning systems.
Resilience and adaptability in fast paced, ambiguous environments.
Ability to balance urgent operational decisions with long term strategic thinking.
Understanding of logistics flows or network planning concepts.
Exposure to multiplatform, fastmoving or highly complex supply chains.
Experience with IBP framework an advantage
