Are you a technical specialist who thrives at the intersection of Cloud Infrastructure and Modern Endpoint Management? We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to take ownership of our Microsoft 365, Azure, and AWS environments. You will play a pivotal role in evolving our digital workspace, ensuring our systems are secure, scalable, and highly performant.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the administration of M365, Azure, and AWS, with a heavy focus on Entra ID (Azure AD), Identity Governance, and Conditional Access.
* Drive endpoint excellence using Microsoft Intune handling everything from policy configuration and app packaging to advanced PowerShell remediation.
* Act as the Level 2/3 escalation point for complex infrastructure and cloud issues, collaborating with vendors and internal teams.
* Implementation of RBAC models (Access Packages), management of security tooling (Splunk, Tenable, Defender), and maintenance of robust technical documentation.
What you'll Bring:
* Deep expertise in Active Directory, Entra ID, and Windows Server.
* Proven experience with Microsoft Intune and PowerShell automation.
* Exposure to security platforms like Airlock, Splunk, or Microsoft Defender.
* Experience documenting complex environments in ServiceNow, SharePoint, or Confluence.
