About the Role
The Tuckshop Assistant supports the efficient operation of the school tuckshop by preparing and serving food and beverages, managing stock, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with food safety and workplace health standards. The role requires competency in routine tasks, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under limited supervision while delivering quality service to students, staff, and visitors.
There is a range of roles and tasks in a variety of contexts involving some complexity in the extent and choice of actions required. As the employee gains experience, they may be asked to identify, analyse, and evaluate information from a variety of sources.
