We have an opening for a friendly, and reliable and fast paced receptionist who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient experiences.

About You

As someone who is a 'people person' you get enjoyment from being a 'front of house' contact and a natural desire to provide exceptional customer service experiences knowing the value this brings to the experience of our clients.

You have a proven ability as a fast learner who can multitask, work at a fast pace and implement systems and processes.

You have a can-do attitude and are passionate about doing things to the highest level – getting genuine satisfaction from knowing that this directly impacts the success of the clinic and those around you.

You are flexible and genuine, working together as part of a team to ensure efficient and successful operations of the business.

About the Role

This is a permanent part-time role of approximately 16-17 hours per week.

Potential for more hours may exist over time, including as leave cover from time to time.

The role specifically requires Saturday morning work and evening closing shifts.

Additionally, as a member of a small administrative team, flexibility to work extra hours to help provide leave coverage for the team and/or varying days/times is considered as a strong positive to help the admin team work together to successfully provide the admin support for the clinic.

Core responsibilities include:

* "Front of house" patient experience: first and last contact for people who visit us & helping them through every stage of the patient journey
* Conversion of enquiries to bookings
* General Reception: including appointment scheduling, invoicing / payments, collecting details for 3rd party schemes, etc
* Administration: including data entry and collection, patient details, managing patient claims and task lists
* Direct support to clinicians allowing them, to provide the best service possible to our clients
* Support marketing systems
* Support Administration Team Leader and clinic management
* Stock sales & stock control

Candidates must be reliable and professional, with a commitment to high level customer service. A growth mindset means new ideas are embraced and supports a genuine desire to help improve our business and the outcomes we achieve.

The successful applicant may have experience in a health administration role, but also may not have experience but possess the positive attitude, willingness & ability to learn that makes a great candidate.

REQUIREMENTSDue to various legislative requirements we must adhere to, to be eligible for this role you are required to be able to provide & maintain proof of all of the following:

* NDIS Worker Screening
* Police Clearance (current year)
* Working With Children Check
