Qualifications & experience
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate initiative.
* Strong communication skills with attention to detail and superior time management.
* Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle customer concerns as they arise.
* Enthusiasm, with the ability to create a fun and friendly atmosphere.
* Flexible approach to working hours required.
* Prior management/supervisory experience required. A background in hospitality and/or cinema is advantageous.
* Current RSA and West Australian Approved Managers card required for the role.
Tasks & responsibilities
* Reporting to the Cinema Complex Manager, run shifts and assist with day-to-day operations of the cinema.
* Exercise your management/leadership skills and be a team player as we strive to provide the ultimate guest experience
* Provide leadership and coaching to cinema workers, setting the example with a hands-on approach and can-do attitude.
* The successful candidate will be trained in everything they need to know to run a shift at the cinema, from making popcorn and meals through to cashing up and making sure our movies screen in the highest quality.
The role requires availability during peak periods, including weekends, nights and school holidays.
