**About the Job**
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing merchandisers, driving sales growth and expanding our customer base within your assigned territory through winning in-store displays and executing a commercial plan.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
* Build strong relationships with customers within the Impulse and Convenience channel.
* Conduct face-to-face meetings with stand-alone and multi-site customers to understand their needs, present product offerings, and negotiate sales agreements.
* Collaborate with wholesalers and internal customer teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful sales outcomes.
* Manage a casual merchandiser within your territory.
* Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth.
**Regional Travel Requirements:**
You will be responsible for visiting clients, prospects, and other stakeholders to build relationships and drive sales growth. The Territory Sales Manager role requires consistent monthly travel within your defined territory. You will be expected to plan and manage your travel schedule efficiently to maximize productivity and meet sales targets.
**What Will Make You Successful?**
* Sales and/or FMCG experience is preferred – Impulse channel and/or Supermarkets including store or department management.
* Basic Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and PowerBi skills.
* Outgoing, approachable, and passionate about sales, as you manage the territory as if it's your own business across various Impulse and Convenience customers.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
* Able to travel and stay away from home every 4 weeks for up to 5 nights each trip.
