What we're looking for
* 12+ months in coal mining, confidently operating:
* Dozers and Haul Trucks, plus at least one of the following:
* Grader, Water Truck, Small Digger, or 980 Loader
* Valid RII competencies or recent VOCs (within 5 years)
* Standard 11 and manual driver's licence
* Commitment to safe, productive operations
* Willingness to be a strong team player and contribute to a positive culture
