Known for their market‐leading reputation in delivering diverse commercial, infrastructure, and asset upgrade projects, our client is experiencing an exciting phase of growth across South Australia. Based out of their Western Adelaide office, you will champion the delivery of high‐profile commercial building projects across the wider Adelaide region. This is a highly autonomous role where you will not only deliver projects but also play a key hand in expanding a thriving commercial structures portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
* End‐to‐End Delivery: Oversee full project execution, ensuring milestones are met on time, within scope, and on budget.
* Financial & Programme Management: Direct project programming, financial forecasting, cost control, and budget management.
* Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact to build strong, collaborative relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
* HSEQ Leadership: Foster a safety‐first culture on site; develop and manage SWMS, ITPs, and ensure strict compliance with quality and environmental standards.
* Design & Administration: Manage the design coordination process, raise and track RFIs, and oversee contract administration.
* Commercial Growth: Utilise your commercial expertise to optimise project margins and assist with project estimations when required.
About You
* Minimum of 3+ years of proven Project Management experience within the local Australian construction market (contractor environment preferred).
* Strong background in commercial building, structural refurbishments, or complex construction upgrades.
* Robust financial and commercial skills, with an ability to manage budgets, variations, and schedules effectively.
* Demonstrated track record of leading, mentoring, and motivating site teams and subcontractors.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative approach to client management.
* Relevant tertiary degree (Construction Management / Civil Engineering) or an equivalent structural trade background.

At Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all. We actively encourage applications from any background.
