About the Role
The Harvey Norman Burleigh Waters Administration Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Administration Manager to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee administration processes and team leadership
Support general retail operations and liaise with stakeholders
Assist franchisees with tasks such as creditors, debtors, banking reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, cash books, recruitment, and monthly reporting
Ensure timely and accurate services through issue resolution and quick decision-making
Qualifications and Skills
Highly motivated with outstanding customer service and communication skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Organised with strong time management skills
Experience in office management and retail operations
Ability to work under pressure, lead and motivate a team
Proficient in Excel and Word, with advanced skills in Excel
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Enthusiastic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
