The Executive Assistant/Board Support Officer provides executive and secretariat support to the Chief Executive Officer and Board of Directors at WDHS and CMH.
This role supports a robust governance framework and helps the Boards meet their governance obligations.
It ensures timely and expert coordination, communication and diary management, and coordinates committees, meetings and related forums chaired or convened by the CEO or Board Chairs.
You will coordinate submission of reports, briefings and related documents for the CEO and Board, ensuring tasks are clearly communicated and efficiently executed within both organisations.
Reporting directly to the joint Chief Executive Officer of WDHS and CMH, this role operates in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and excellence are paramount.
Confidentiality, integrity and trustworthiness are essential as you manage sensitive information.
Formal qualifications in business administration and/or extensive experience providing support at senior administrative level, including advanced computer skills, are required.
Responsibilities:
