Sales Account Manager - B2B & B2C | Alexandria NSW | Commercial Furniture Solutions Who are they? This is a national design-led business creating stylish, functional, and productive workspaces for companies of all sizes. With a footprint across Australia and a strong industry reputation, they partner with businesses, builders, and designers to deliver seamless commercial furniture solutions. Their Sydney team is driven, collaborative, and passionate about helping clients do their best work - and now they're looking for a results-focused Sales Account Manager to join them in Alexandria. What will you be doing? This role blends consultative showroom sales with proactive account management and business development. You'll nurture an existing client portfolio while seeking out new opportunities, delivering high-quality solutions from first contact through to post-sale. You will: * Manage and grow an established portfolio of B2B and B2C clients * Drive sales targets through showroom consultations and on-the-road meetings * Develop new business via builders, designers, and industry contacts * Prepare compelling quotes, proposals, and client presentations * Maintain showroom standards and ensure seamless project handovers * Keep accurate sales pipelines and deliver reliable forecasts Who are you? You're commercially sharp, confident, and driven by results, with a genuine interest in creating tailored solutions for every client. Your style is professional yet approachable, and you're as comfortable in a boardroom as you are in a showroom. You'll bring: * 3 years in retail sales, account management, or business development * B2B sales experience (commercial furniture, construction, or related industries ideal) * Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills * Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs * High organisation and follow-through across multiple projects * Self-motivation and a customer-first approach What's in it for you?
