Customer service representative

Reporting to the Branch Manager and based at our Mackay branch, this is a hands‐on, customer‐facing role where you'll be the first point of contact for our trade and industrial customers, helping them find the right products, placing orders, and providing solutions that keep their businesses moving.

This is a full‐time permanent role working Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 4.30pm.

What you will be doing:

• Serving trade and industrial customers at the front counter and over the phone
• Processing cash sales, quotes, and orders accurately
• Handling customer enquiries and providing tailored product advice
• Building strong relationships with regular trade customers
• Supporting general admin and sales tasks as needed

What you will bring:

• Experience in customer service and/or sales administration
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport
• Microsoft Office & SAP system experience highly regarded
