SB Libris is a stationery and bookbinding business located on View Street, Bendigo. We create handcrafted journals, beautiful stationery, and offer bookbinding workshops rooted in traditional craft and slow making.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for a Retail Assistant to join our small team in a long-term casual position.
This role is best suited to someone who enjoys working with beautiful objects, values quality over speed, and takes pride in their work. You will play an important role in delivering a calm, attentive customer experience and supporting the day-to-day running of the shop.
Your Responsibilities
As a Retail Assistant, you will:
* Provide warm, knowledgeable and attentive customer service
* Process sales using Shopify POS
* Gift wrap and package products to SB Libris standards
* Receive, unpack and restock stock
* Maintain high standards of store presentation and merchandising
* Pick and pack online orders when required
* Support workshops, events and busy trading periods
