Key Responsibilities:
The Export Shipping Coordinator will manage export shipping documentation, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements. This includes preparation of commercial invoices and other shipping documents.
They will liaise with financial institutions, negotiate trade credits, and ensure adequate insurance coverage for exported goods.
Additionally, they will advise senior managers and the Chief Financial Officer on logistics-related matters.
Knowledge of job costing in a project-based environment is advantageous, as well as high-level export documentation skills and current trade regulations knowledge.
The role has a strong finance component, with optional remote work arrangements available based on regional factors.
