Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse looking for a fulfilling role in aged care? Palm Lake Care Bargara is seeking compassionate and skilled nurses to join our team on a permanent part-time basis. You can work from just a few shifts a week up to 5 shifts a week and have a work-life balance.

* Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
* Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
* Afternoon/Weekend shifts available with penalty rates

About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading and supervising Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Assistants within your wing
* Assessing, planning, and implementing individualised care plans
* Managing medications and wound care in line with best practices
* Ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and infection control guidelines
* Collaborating with allied health professionals and families to ensure holistic care
* Supporting continuous improvement and quality assurance programs
About You
To thrive in this role, you will need:
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Bachelor of Nursing completed qualification
* A current National Police Check
* Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills
* A commitment to providing compassionate and person-centered care
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
