Business Development Partner – Property & Tourism Media

Overview
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Partner to help expand our client base across Tasmania. Healthy Shack Tech provides professional 3D virtual tours and digital twin solutions for real estate, tourism, hospitality, and heritage spaces across Tasmania. Our technology helps businesses showcase their spaces online and improve customer engagement.
Responsibilities
* Identify and approach potential clients including real estate agencies, property developers, hotels, and tourism businesses
* Build relationships with local property and hospitality professionals
* Promote our 3D virtual tour and digital media services
* Arrange meetings or site visits with prospective clients
* Develop partnership opportunities with photographers and media providers
* Maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities and follow up leads
* Represent the company in a professional manner when meeting clients
Ideal Candidate / Qualifications
* Has experience in sales, business development, marketing, or property industry
* Has strong communication and networking skills
* Is confident approaching new clients and building relationships
* Has knowledge of the real estate, tourism, or hospitality sectors (preferred but not essential)
* Is self-motivated and able to work independently
* Existing connections within the real estate, tourism, or hospitality sectors will be highly regarded
* Has a driver's licence and is comfortable visiting client locations
