The HR Service Desk provides 1st level support for all ACT Public Service employees on general human resource related matters.
We are looking for someone who is as enthusiastic and passionate as we are about leading a team to achieve successful outcomes. You will work collaboratively within the Service Desk management team, ensuring efficient operational running of team. This is a shared leadership role, you will need to have good understanding of ACTPS Enterprise Agreements and other HR related policies and guidelines. Your focus will be on the Service Desk providing clear and accurate advice to customers, staff well-being and engagement and adequately resourcing to meet team KPI's.

Eligibility/Other requirements: Current ACT Government CMTEDD Baseline clearance or ability to obtain and hold a baseline security clearance is mandatory.
