The role requires an experienced healthcare professional to provide evidence-based care, liaise with multidisciplinary teams, and supervise nursing staff. Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality patient care while working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team.
* Supervise and direct nursing staff members to ensure effective delivery of patient care.
* Provide education and support to patients to manage their health recovery, rehabilitation, or end-of-life needs.
* Ensure patient and staff safety by maintaining a safe environment.
* Current registration with the relevant regulatory body is mandatory.
* Provision of required compliance documentation, including proof of work rights in Australia, Working with Children check, Police check, Serology, and immunisation evidence.
* Rehabilitation nursing experience is highly desirable.
* Commitment to Quality Patient Care and adherence to national standards.
* Sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Basic computer skills are necessary.
