About the position
Wests New Lambton Restaurants offer a variety of dining options including Chophouse Grill, Emerald Gardens, and Breakfast on the Terrace. Chophouse Grill features large, meaty American flavours cooked to perfection. Emerald Gardens provides authentic Asian cuisine surrounded by beautiful brass gates. Breakfast on the Terrace offers a healthy breakfast spread to start your day.
Duties for this role
* Provide friendly customer service
* Preparation and service of cocktails and other alcoholic beverages
* Cleaning of workstation and equipment
* Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
* Operation of tills and cash handling
* Collect glasses from the floor and return them to bar areas for cleaning
* Assist in the preparation of the cocktail menu
* Assist with taking orders and serving meals in the restaurant
About you
Bringing your bar and F&B experience, you have a passion for delivering high‐quality service and outstanding cocktails. You pride yourself on providing a unique experience that enhances the overall entertainment experience for our members and guests. Working nights and weekends fits with your work/life balance. You thrive in large team environments and enjoy working with people.
This position requires availability on Friday nights and weekends, with reasonable availability Monday to Thursday. As a key role during peak periods, shifts are rostered from the evening through to the early hours of the morning.
