The primary objective of this role is to deliver exceptional customer service and provide frontline support for our Online Banking Service and other banking products.
Key responsibilities include handling customer enquiries, performing administrative tasks, reconciling internal and customer accounts, and maintaining accurate records.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing competing deadlines, demonstrating high attention to detail, and showcasing proficiency in MS Office.
