Position Title: Courier
Location: Welshpool, WA 6106
Schedule: Approximately 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time
Position Overview
This role is best suited to individuals with previous experience in high-volume delivery operations. Primary responsibilities include:
* Conducting manual loading and unloading of freight in accordance with company procedures
* Executing timely, accurate deliveries (typically 60–100 stops per day)
* Representing FedEx with professionalism and a commitment to customer satisfaction
* Maintaining full compliance with all safety regulations, operational standards, and vehicle protocols
Candidate Requirements
* Clean driving record (no more than six demerit points within the past three years)
* Ability to successfully complete all pre-employment screening, including: drug and alcohol testing, driving performance assessment, criminal history check, & functional assessment
* Demonstrated attention to detail, efficiency under pressure, and adherence to procedural standards
* Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanour
* Prior experience in courier or freight delivery highly regarded
