The Graduate Program
You will participate in a structured 18-month graduate program with three diverse rotations across our organization, including the potential for a rotation to a leading government-owned corporation.
During the program, you will work on individual and team-based projects that allow you to develop in-depth knowledge of our work areas and be exposed to high-impact and meaningful work.

Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the 2026 Graduate Program, you must:
* Have successfully completed a tertiary degree between December 2023 and December 2025.
* Demonstrate high academic achievement (a weighted average mark of 70% or above).
* Be an Australian Citizen or an Australian permanent resident at the time of application.
* Be available to start the program in mid-January 2026.
