This critical role ensures successful system and asset handovers from construction and commissioning phases to operational readiness, adhering to project standards, regulatory requirements, and stakeholder expectations.
* Responsibilities:
* Monitor and manage the delivery of handover packages within the Defence Division, prioritizing efficient national resource allocation through effective engagement with key stakeholders.
* Track projects to ensure sufficient national resource coverage, leveraging collaboration with Subject Matter Experts throughout the business.
* Support project teams by escalating issues, coordinating with SMEs, and providing expert guidance.
* Develop processes for continual improvement, fostering a consistent approach across the organization.
* Identify training needs and provide onboarding support, promoting professional growth.
* Act on feedback from project stakeholders, driving continuous quality enhancement.
* Assist in tender preparation, including document creation and resource requirement identification.
* Maintain DEQMS updates, reviewing changes and communicating them to internal stakeholders.
