**Program Delivery Officers ensure a high level of community safety through the coordination and delivery of approved general and / or sexual offending programs to those offenders assessed as requiring offender intervention programs.
The essential requirements for this role are:
Experience or ability to deliver of group-based behavioural change programs
Experience in and understanding of the criminal justice, case management or similar human services field
Experience in a practice supervision model, both as supervisee and preferably, supervisor with demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and encourage others to meet the challenges of demanding work roles
Ability to engage with community groups and/or implement community development strategies
Experience or ability to work with people from diverse cultural backgrounds
Qualifications, professional registration, conditions and other requirements
Possession of a tertiary qualification preferably in psychology, social work, education or behavioural sciences, however, other Bachelor degrees may be considered.
Applicant will be required to work across multiple locations including:
Southern Region: Main location at Ipswich and includes Inala and Ipswich.
South Coast Region: Main location at Beenleigh and includes Logan, Southport, Burleigh and Beenleigh.
