Armfield O’Brien Law is a law firm located in Caboolture, north of Brisbane. Our areas of law include Family Law, Commercial, Wills and Estate Management and Domestic Violence.
We are looking for a Law Clerk to join our firm on a permanent part time basis 3 days a week.
Further progression opportunities will be available in the future for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Affidavit Preparation;
- Calendar and Court Diary management;
- Client and file management;
- Court preparation;
- Appear as Clerk in Magistrates Court mentions;
Qualifications
- You must have completed at least 2 years of an approved law degree;
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Be highly motivated and have robust attention to detail;
- You must be available to work 3 days per week;
- Ability to work in teams and individually;
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and be proactive.
